The Department of Lands is advancing the digital transformation of government services by preparing to launch the "Electronic Land Office (e-Lands)" service for citizens across all 77 provinces nationwide starting August 3, 2026. This follows an expansion of service coverage by 14 additional provinces, totaling 80 offices, enabling convenient, fast, and travel-free online land registration across different offices.


Department of Lands’ "Electronic Land Office (e-Lands)" Now Covers All 77 Provinces Nationwide

With this expansion, the Department of Lands has added service coverage in 14 more provinces, totaling 80 offices. Currently, there are 462 land offices supporting this service nationwide, covering every province across the country. This enhancement significantly improves public access to land registration services.
